Facilities Triage is a framework for managing commercial buildings the way a hospital manages patients: by ranking problems so you can deploy finite resources where they matter most.
The system reviews building data in real time, uses logic to identify patterns of operational significance, and communicates problems in language that is easy to interpret and act on. Facilities triage alerts are different from legacy control alarms: They close the loop between notification and action by writing a draft work order with the alert. This work order is then routed to the appropriate person for approval, letting people focus on solving problems instead of transcribing data.
